Haferflockä Guetsli – Grossmami Rezept

Zutaten für Haferflockä Guetsli – Grossmami Rezept

125g Butter

250g Haferflocken

500g Dinkelmehl

350g Vollrohrzucker

1 Pack Vanillezucker

1 Pack Backpulver

2 – 2 ½ dl Rahm

Butter schaumig rühren und Zutaten nach und nach beigeben. Den Teig kneten ½ cm dick auswallen, ausstechen, mit Eigelb (oder ganzes Ei) bestreichen und bei mittlerer Hitze (Rille 2, 180-220°) backen bis die “Guetsli” goldbraun sind, die einen mögen sie mehr durch andere weniger. Ich mag sie lieber dunkler als hell.

    • Dear Romy, I did not know it was your mother’s recipe as it was also our tradition since we were kids to do them for christmas every year. Big kiss
